Human Resource Intern

Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manage HR operation of the company.
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures
- Support the recruitment activities for the internal and selection process.
- Help organize and manage new employees’ orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Maintains the work structure by preparing and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Retains human resource records by designing a filing system and keeping past and current records.
- Other tasks as per assigned by the Head of Department.
**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
