Land Sourcing Agent

**We’re on the lookout for a Land Sourcing Agent to assist our Client.**
- Sourcing for Land Partners to collaborate with for deployment for rental revenue;
- Providing a summary report on the lands provided by potential Land Partners and its surrounding areas;
- Managing Land Partners and maintaining good partner relationship between the Company and Land Partners
- Planning and coordinating the deployment process by working closely with State Managers and other service providers
- Supporting and clarifying matters with the Hospitality team on the management of Land Partners regarding maintenance.

**Requirement**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the portfolio primarily focuses on operations in Taiwan.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- a Land Sourcing Agent: 1 year (preferred)
- Land Partners: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
