POSITION **:ACCOUNT ASISSTANCE**
JOB TYPE : PERMANENT
LOCATION : KG. BARU SUBANG, 40150 SHAH ALAM
SALARY RANGE : RM 2500 - RM3000 PER MONTH
1. Financial Data Management: Assist in managing financial data, including recording and maintaining accounting records, invoices, and receipts.
2. Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining general ledgers.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and track payments, invoices, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with collections and reconciling accounts.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations for cost control.
6. Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and perform data analysis as required.
7. Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Support in preparing for audits and providing necessary documentation.
8. Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and account reconciliation.
9. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, such as filing, organizing documents, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
10. Software and Systems: Utilize accounting software and systems effectively, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
11. Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to resolve financial queries and provide support as needed.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
