Fleet Supervisor

**Working Hours**:

- **6 days working** - 1 day off on weekend (Saturday / Sunday)
- **8.5 hours / day - including 1 hour lunch break**:

- **Morning / night shift**:

- **Several openings available - available vacancy in Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu**
- Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
- Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in **logistics operations **would be an advantage
- Familiarity with **postcodes / routing / mapping** would be of good use
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift
