- Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.**Responsibilities and duties include**:

- Tax Policy and Governance- Update and maintain Group Tax Policy in line with Governance Frameworks applicable in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Supervise and advise the respective BU operational tax/finance teams on applicability in line with Yinson’s Group Tax Policy and Tax Corporate Governance Framework
- Participate (where applicable) to relevant jurisdictions MOF’s voluntary TCGF programmes.
- Strong link to Tax Operational teams at the various Business Units (“BU”) to ensure tax governance and accurate tax process.
- Tax Risk Management and stakeholder management- Develop and maintain Group Tax Risk Register.
- C-suite and other relevant stakeholder management on Tax Risks.
- Obtain and evaluate Tax Risk Register prepared by the various Bus.
- Tax Risk and opportunity management - where applicable to develop and execute mitigation action.
- Country-by-country Reporting- End to end CbCr management, i.e. from data analysis to submission to the relevant tax authority (ies).
- BEPS Pillar 2.0- Rules monitoring and periodic detailed impact assessment to the Group taking into account impact of the transitional rules.
- Compliance management re: top-up taxes to be managed in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Data gap analysis and improvement to ensure smooth compliance where applicable.
- Transfer Pricing Management- Maintenance of Group wide Transfer Pricing policies specifically on intragroup services and intragroup financial assistance.
- Prepare and maintain necessary Local Files, Master Files and or any other relevant Transfer Pricing Documentation for Group and Corporate entities. Where necessary, to prepare global modules for consistent transfer pricing local files in each country, progress management/review/improvement response to transfer pricing risk for local files where relevant).
- Management of Group related intragroup service fees, intragroup financial assistance, etc.
- Dispute Resolution
- Where applicable, to manage any tax audits or queries for Group related entities.
- Liaise and negotiate with relevant tax authorities where applicable.
- Process Improvements / Tax Automation- To participate and project manage the various process improvements/ tax automation projects currently in progress such as the following:

- Tax controversy dashboard
- Automated corporate tax reporting
- CbCr / BEPS
- Transfer Pricing Documentation writer
- Improve data extraction / processing for efficient tax processes.
- E-Invoicing needs in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Group Structure Review- From time to time to evaluate existing structure for tax optimisation.
- Other ad-hoc work- Examination and implementation of measures to reduce the Group's effective tax rate (where applicable).
- Formulation and execution of a scheme for group capital restructuring.
- Evaluate and advise on the tax impact for projects and ad hoc advisories.

**What you'll need to possess**:

- At least 10-15 years of experience in BOTH Big 4 and large commercial multinational.
- An accounting degree or a professional accounting paper
- Exposure in the following areas:

- Corporate tax filing
- Indirect tax
- Withholding tax
- Value Chain Transformation
- Transfer Pricing
- Business restructuring
- Dispute Resolution
