An MNC Retail Company is looking for **Sales Supervisor** at Gurney Plaza, Georgetown.

About the **role,** you need to:

- Provide high standards of customer service (Greetings, and courteously served)
- Generate sales to assist the Sale Manager in maximizing sales and commercial opportunity by maximize the sales, implement sales promotions, etc.
- Ensure training and development needs of staff and support implementation
- Assist the Sales Manager in working with the Visual Merchandising Department to ensure that the items planned to be promoted are given priority of display within the department
- Monitor and ensure that our staff and promoters maintain a high level of grooming standard and customer service
- Supervise and motivate department staff, setting and maintaining high standards
- Establish training & development needs of staff and support implementation
- Foster and maintain good working relationships throughout the department and the company
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin added advantage)
- Good leadership and able to work independently
- Highly motivated with good insight of customer services
- Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' of experience working in a Fashion retail as Sales Supervisor position
