Carryout Visual, Close and Detailed Ex-Inspection checks as per the Ex-ITR and in accordance with IEC 60079-17.
- Check and confirm the equipment meets project Ex requirements and complete Ex-ITR checks using taps.
- Sign-off the Ex-ITR for inspected (or) witnessed items once all verifications are over.
- Raise punch list for non-compliance issues while carryout the inspections.
- Witness Ex punch list clearance upon completion of rectification work by the yards.
- Carryout minor modification works such as reconnection of cores, ferruling etc. if required.
- Participate in daily toolbox meeting before start work.
