Administrative Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To provide administrative support to the sales function.
- To process and coordinate quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoices and other documentation.
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
- To maintain and organized filing system to ensure traceability of documents;
- Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.
- Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
- To work closey with internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer request.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Able to convey, coordinate and follow up on the overall day to day business operations.
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
