Working Location : Setia City Mall

Working Hour :9am - 10pm (8 working hours per day)
Rotational shift : 9am - 6pm; 12pm - 8pm; 2pm - 10pm; 10am - 10pm
6 working days per week (1 off day will be weekday)

**Responsibilities**
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, for customer's satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a beauty retail industry
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and the competitors
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer service
