Specification Executive

**Requirements**:
3) General interest in waterproofing specialization.

4) Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

5) Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.

6) Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

**Job responsibility**:
1) Collaborate with Technical Department to understand client requirement and provide sales support

2) Prepare and deliver the technical presentation explaining products or services of the Company including raising awareness of Company products and options

3) Develop solid and long term relationships with current clients and prospects within the commercial construction industry

4) Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel (Senior role)

5) Assist in the research and development of new products

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
