Based in: Head Office, Ipoh**Responsibilities**
- To assist the executive on day-to-day operation according to the guidelines.
- Prepare shipping documents on a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor progress of shipments.
- Assist in operational coordination with all relevant parties including suppliers, clearing & forwarding agents and shipping companies.
- To ensure compliance with all Company’s operating policies and standing instructions.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years for working experience in related field.
- Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
- Able to work and communicate efficiently with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak.
