**Objective**

To produce quality video for GTPJ in parallel with GTPJ branding.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Craft, develop, oversee and run GTPJ Video production for in house viewing and also social media video content.
- Research & developing concepts and storyboards.
- Editing and oversee the production of Saturday and Sunday service sermons.
- Manage media (video) volunteers.
- Video production for GTPJ Ministry events.
- To work together with AV team on live streaming of GTPJ services.
- Helps to sustain and guide creative process.
- Determines what camera equipment is necessary and obtains equipment.
- Transports, sets up, and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.
- Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
- Collects b-roll footage as well as interviews.
- Produce guidelines on video production.
- Provide training to volunteers on Video production.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Ensure Pulse production runs every fortnight.
- Weekly sermon is edited and uploaded accordingly.
- Pulse concept and idea able to reach effectively to the masses and measured via number of views.
- Increase in terms of number of accumulated views for video on Youtube by 10 percent annually via YouTube analytics.
- Reduce rendering time to have faster output.
- Successfully conduct videography workshop and ensure sustainability in adequate video volunteers to help in video production.
- Smooth operations of video production.
