Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assisting in documentation & support for the company needs for the functioning of the department. - To assist on administrative tasks, filling, reports and data entry. - Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. - Working on the production line and meeting production targets. - Assist on any ad-hoc tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time. - Responsible in controlling the quality of products and targeted output. - Research industry-related topics - Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms - Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products. - Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) - Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics - Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles - Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates) - Update our websites as needed REQUIREMENT: - Must be organized and punctual. - Well-presented and professional. - A high school qualification or equivalent. - Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office software - Experience in sales & production site, fresh graduate also welcome to apply. - Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results - Ability to create and deliver presentations - Fast learner and quick thinker - Passionate about sales - Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

To empower Malaysian edible bird’s nest manufacturers to meet strict Malaysian and foreign export regulations. To educate and assist edible bird’s nest retailers worldwide in switching to higher quality products. To establish a secure and reliable supply chain and minimise foreign export stock-outs. To define an international standard for edible bird’s nest and push for its adoption by governing bodies. To provide accurate and relevant information to increase consumer awareness.
