Dyeing Supervisor

1. Follow schedule the timely running of production lots and rushes according to the job order and superior instruction.

2. Assign work schedules and work task base on job order and production planning

3. Monitor and track shift reports with focus on operators’ time and attendance.

4. Ensure operators running the process base on the approval job card.

5. Ensure the production line running with smoothly and achieve daily target.

6. Monitor and manage operators’ quality enforcement to reduce the rejection rate.

7. Monitor and manage operators daily job task to ensure all of them working as per request.

8. Manage the quality of dyeing. Inform to superior if any quality issues immediately.

9. Ensure visual check, release or add on production lot as needed based on superior instruction.

10. Ensure assignment of production lots to be pulled by the receiving department based on superior instruction.

11. Ensure operators follow proper housekeeping in all dye house areas

12. Ensure that all machines and dryers are appropriately cleaned in accordance with procedures and as needed. Report and follow up any unfunctional machines and dryers with proper department.

13. Periodically spot check all areas and ensure that all associates are following proper procedures as per SOP.

14. One half hour prior to the starting of any shift, walk the floor with previous supervisor to ensure that all housekeeping requirements are met

15. Check thread staging areas to ensure that everything is located properly and not mixed.

16. Ensure all operation compliance are strictly adhered to in accordance to the company’s requirements and policy.

17. Conduct the training to new hires on factory operations, policies, and procedures. Periodic evaluation must be done to ensure new hires’ competency.

18. To build good communication and conflict resolution skills in workplace

19. Ensure that all operators conform to the rules on PPE personal protection equipment when and where it necessitates.

20. Responsible for the proper record of all production spare parts supplies and usage

21. Perform any other duties or job as may be required and directed by senior management

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
