We at Paolo Paolo Gelato provide excellent customer service with a smile at all our stores and during external catering events. While serving gelato to customers, team members are expected to have a friendly disposition, serve and educate the customers on products as well as maintain a clean and organized environment. We aim to be the happiest part of our customer’s day
**Requirements**:
- Being a positive representative for Paolo Paolo Gelafo at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly and helpful disposition
- Operate POS
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Learn store products, packaging and services
- Maintain personal hygiene (wear a PPG T and apron)
- Follow maintenance cleaning and handling of maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Food prep (waffle, milk bun etc.)
- Comply with the shop’s policies and procedures
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain product quality through attention to menu items taste, appearance and texture and reports inconsistencies to the on duty manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
