Job Scope:

- To record and manage Stockbook for the company
- To Survey Price Of Goods
- Involving Communicate with supplier
- To prepare any documentation Retails
- To prepare monthly report
- Communicate with manager for any related stock movement or any related matter.
- Assist project manager and trustees by request
- Communicate and dealing with KPDN about Foodbank
- Monitor and Purchase pantry
- To recheck GDEX Congsignment tally as per list transaction in Gdex Invoice.
- To prepare any Collection Note, Delivery Order, Invoice, Purchase Order

**Requirements**:

- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
