**Start date: Immediate Hiring**
- Location: Taman Perindustrian UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
- Salary: RM1,500 - RM2,000 (Depends experience)

**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage the inbound loads and coordinate to ensure accurate arrival times
- Check, confirm, inform shipment details and follow up on import process to all related party to ensure the smooth shipment and importation.
- Prepare related documents for import and shipment, ensure import document are completed and in line with government regulation and company policy.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock storage plan in different warehouses to achieve efficient inbound process.
- Responsible for reporting related to preparation of cost report, monthly arrivals and other related reports.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Requirements: Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
