**What are you accountable for?**
- To provide a responsive and approachable front line function for the Cancer and Nuclear Medicine Service, acting as a point of contact for accessing the service.
- Implement all administrative processes along the patient pathway to ensure the patient’s journey is managed efficiently, smoothly and in accordance with targets and agreed timescales.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system (manual and electronic), ensuring accuracy of patient case notes.
- Ordering and maintaining of stock levels for all stationery/F&B items. Ordering other office equipment as necessary.
- Provide P.A. duties for a number of Consultants within the clinical specialty area, including co-ordination of leave.

**What do you need to have for this role?**
- Minimum **SPM**.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in **Hospital setting **is an added advantage.
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Customer oriented and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
