The **SE Asia Supply Chain Program Management Lead** will be based in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore or Indonesia. He/she will be responsible for the execution of key projects under the Supply Chain Asia Business Development statement of work. The individual will lead internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and measurable results.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Developing and lead supply chain business development initiatives in line with country strategies
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and ensures supply chain development initiatives are executed smoothly by proactively identifying business risks and mitigation plans.
- Lead and participate in on-site supplier assessments to identify supplier capability and to support Boeing procurement strategy
- Engage with external suppliers to identify capability gaps and training needs
- Lead as the Boeing Subject Matter Expert or collaborate with other Boeing Subject Matter Experts to develop and deploy targeted training solutions onsite or virtually
- Create and maintain web-based training in Learning Management System
- Provide real time response to supplier production issues and questions using Boeing command media
- Oversee execution of training projects (e.g. technical workshop) and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
- Communicate training effectiveness and other KPI’s to management team
- Support with supply chain operation the execution of work movement plans
- Engages with local suppliers and formulates business propositions to enhance Boeing’s supply chain stability across all business units.
- Implement continuous improvement plans to training and other statement of work
- Execute work process in compliance with all applicable Boeing and country regulations
- Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, industry officials and peers

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Thorough knowledge of Boeing product standards and engineering drawing/models
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to lead cross functional teams to develop comprehensive engineering solutions to production issues
- Effective communication skills to convey technical knowledge in front of large audience
- Bachelor degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education (e.g. higher degree) and/or supply chain experience.
- Experience in project management and cross functional team leadership
- Entrepreneurial thinker. Able to link strategy-to-action.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Ability to travel periodically within Asia

**Preferred engineering degree**:

- Ability to identify capability gaps within supply chain and design appropriate mitigation strategies
- Experience and knowledge in aviation/airline industry in Vietnam/Indonesia/Malaysia/ Singapore.
- Experience conducting supplier assessments leading to actionable improvements
- Supply Chain certification: CPIM, CLTD, CSCP
- Lean Six Sigma certification
