Kami ingin mencari seorang kerani yang khusus dalam bidang invois dan pentadbiran umum pejabat untuk menyertai pasukan kami. Calon yang berminat sila hubungi Mr Lau melalui WhatsApp di

Skop pekerjaan:
1. Uruskan sistem invois/akaun Autocount untuk menjana invois setiap hari.

2. Urus tadbir pelbagai tugas di pejabat dengan menggunakan applikasi Ms Office, WhatsApp dan emel.

3. Pantau dan kemas kini status penghantaran stok, berhubung dengan syarikat pengangkutan dan pasukan jualan.

4. Mengumpul dan menyatukan invois atau dokumen-dokumen lain daripada syarikat pengangkutan.

5. Memastikan pemfailan semua dokumen penting dilakukan dengan baik.

Jawatan ini bersifat kerani tetapi anda mempunyai peluang untuk mempelajari proses rantaian jualan. Walaupun pasukan kami agak kecil, tetapi kami adalah sebuah syarikat yang muda dan progresif. Jika anda mempunyai sikap yang rajin dan bertanggungjawab, walaupun tiada pengalaman, anda digalakkan untuk memohon.
