Level: Entry Level

Function: Production

**Responsibilities**:
1. Delivery
- To receive incoming deliveries from Vendors
- To release outgoing deliveries to Customers
- To transfer base material to Production upon their request.
- To transfer completed orders from Production back to Warehouse
- To maintain accurate stock record and inventory movement
- To ensure all products are properly stacked in the Warehouse
- Proper maintenance of pallet truck
- Weekly housekeeping

2. Converting Department
- To assist with packing or other assignments given by Supervisor
- Weekly housekeeping

3. Health, Safety and Environment
- Observe and follow company Health, safety and Environment guideline

4. Other
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Educational qualifications
- Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent professional qualification

Relevant experience
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Health, Safety and Environment knowledge

Personal characteristics & behaviour
- Organizing skill
- Communication skill
- Problem solving and decision making
