Service Leader - Bartender

Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

**As Bartender we rely on you**:
Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
Maintaining a well-stocked bar, including all ingredients needed to prepare signature drinks and standard drink orders.
Serves drink while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
Attends to detail and presentation of each order.
Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labelling, and rotation of all beverage items.
Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

**Requirements**:
SPM / Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
Excellent in Beverage knowledge.
With a minimum of two (2) years’ working experience to include drink preparation.
Outgoing and people oriented, cooperative, adaptable.
Good at computer literate, and flexibility in working hours.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
