We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person that is passionate in the Beauty and the e-commerce industry. In this role you will be the main coordinator for marketing and provide business, customer & sales trend insights to facilitate decision making. Additionally, you will be part of a team that drives strategic projects which lead to major business impacts and serve to support business growth.

This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with top management of the company, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics in the beauty category
- Prepare reports and analysis on sales and campaign performance weekly.
- Craft year-round beauty mega campaign planning by identifying market trends and opportunities, relying on both historical metrics and prospective information
- Assist with the coordination of our weekly campaigns via onsite, CRM and Social Media.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects.
- Own, lead, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with different business units to drive Beauty category growth on Zalora.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in the beauty & e-commerce industry. Exposure in e-commerce industry is preferred
- Bachelor in Business, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional time-management skills in terms of prioritising business priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau or Looker is highly preferred
