Uiux Designer

Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to participate in the entire process from conception to implementation, coordinating design activities, evaluating concepts, and recommending and implementing changes to products or services

Ensure consistency and coherence in design across different platforms and devices by creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides.

Collaborate with the development team to provide design assets and specifications, and ensure accurate implementation of the design.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and industry standards, and proactively suggest innovative design solutions.

Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in UI/UX design.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform the design process and identify user needs and preferences.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and validate design concepts.

Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to optimize user experience and ensure ease of navigation and interaction.

Follow any task related from superior, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Supports tactical / ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned by management and handles relevant marketing administrative tasks.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize scope ofwork and work in a fast-paced environment.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications and requirements**:
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
Proven ability to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, presentations, prototypes and design specifications
Has understanding of design standards for web and mobile (e.g. Google Material design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines)
Good planning, problem solving, organizational skills and strong communication skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Results-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
Adaptable, able to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
Must be a good team player and be able to work independently when needed
Strong attention to visual details and good design sense.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, good command of English.
