ARCHITECTURE DRAUGHTSPERSON

Job Description:

- Design and draughting of architectural drawings including plotting & printing for Planning, Building Plan, Bomba submission etc.
- Production of construction drawings, tender drawing and details including liaison with Client and other Consultants to facilitate works.
- Liaison with authorities, other consultants and contractors for works clearance, arrange authority inspections and secure approvals for CF/handover to Clients.
- Undertake any other assignment that may be needed from time to time.

Requirements:

- Possess at least Certificate/Diploma Advanced Diploma in Architectural drafting, studies or equivalent.
- Skills in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup.
- 4 years draughting experience in a Malaysian architectural consultancy
- Familiar with Malaysian Authorities guidelines, regulations and Bylaw requirements.
- Able to work independently, possess Creative mindset, a self starter and Committed to assigned responsibilities.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
