Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**: Take charge of site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within scope, budget, and timeline.

**Site Management**: Manage the day-to-day operations of telecom project sites, including resource allocation, equipment logistics, and subcontractor coordination.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict safety protocols and monitor safety performance on-site, making sure that all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.

**Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate on-site personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.

**Reporting**: Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and any other relevant paperwork.

**Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address project-related challenges and obstacles, proposing solutions to ensure project success.

**Resource Management**: Manage inventory, equipment, and material resources effectively, optimizing utilization and minimizing waste.

**Adherence to Regulations**: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecommunication project management or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and industry-specific technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
