Assembly Planner

As assembly planner, this role involves the need to monitor materials inventories, track progress of production and review factors which affect schedules. You should be able to communicate Productions Schedules to the manufacturing team and ensure area tool capacity meets output requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assembly loading requirement and execution to support business needs.
- To work with various stakeholders and ensure built plan are raw material, wafer and capacity feasible, as well completed within cycle time.
- Coordinate and work closely with Assy Global team across organization on the alignment and shared information on the Corp strategy, goal setting and requirements.
- Establish assembly build schedule in the tactical horizon ~ 2 weeks based on site's boundary conditions and material availability, personnel and resources management.
- Alignment and agreement of Assembly goal with manufacturing team including capacity team.
- Firm up goal to be shared with Manufacturing team and Test Planning team.
- Execute Assy built plan, release production orders, work closely with Material Planner, Chip Stock Bank and Manufacturing team.
- Monitor output performance to goal and attend production meeting to gather necessary information or issue in production that impact output.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma-level or equivalent with 2 years of working experience in Planning or Manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skill, proactive attitude & ability to work as team.
- Knowledge in Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
