To create and share high quality live stream content, attract and retain viewers, and promote our brand and products.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Host TikTok live on TikTok to attract and retain viewers

2. Host and interact with viewers during live events to increase engagement and retention

3. Promote products during TikTok live and increase shopping conversions through product demonstration

4. Collaborate with the team to select TikTok live products

5. Assist with the fan marketing and related activities

6. Work with the team to continuously improve TikTok live content and formats to enhance the quality and viewing experience

7. Participate in other company and promotional events to enhance the company’s visibility and influence

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Passionate about TikTok live, with solid live streaming skills and experience

2. Prioritize live host with TikTok on-air experience for more than 6 months

3. Good product learning and demonstration abilities

4. Good sense of camera angles and marketing judgement

5. Good service mindset and attitude as well as politeness

6. Excellent communication and expression skills to interact well with viewers

7. Innovative thinking and planning skills to create attractive TikTok live content

8. Good team collaboration spirit and ability to work under pressure

**Working Time for Full Time Host & Part-Time Host**:
**Full Time**

1. 6 Hour for 3 slots / TikTok Live per day

2. 6 Days / Week

3. Total Live time per month: 144 hours

**Part Time**

1. 6 Hour for 3 slots / TikTok Live per Day

2. 2 Days / week

3. Total Live time per month about 32 hours
