Provide process support to manufacturing line by working closely with Process Engineering
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes & improve the productivity, OEE & efficiency which includes labor, material & variable cost.
- Ensure process controls are in place in accordance to the standard design at all time to avoid over usage of material and maintain quality of the cable.
- Diagnose and resolve line process related problems.
- To ensure all operators are trained to follow the documented instructions defining method of production for each process.
- Support key projects for improvement at production using Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma approach.
- Check all machines setup and tooling ensure correctness, availability and satisfactory condition of all machines.
- To conduct internal quality audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions for any discrepancies found in manufacturing line.
- Compliance to the Prysmian’s safety, health and environmental policy.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline.
- More than years of working experience in manufacturing environment preferably handling process.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & TPM.
- Experience in process control, machine setup, ISO 9001 & 14001 systems.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership in getting things done
- Strong understanding and skill in process control.
- Good attitude, team player and able to work independently.
