**Boutique Manager**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis**.

**Team Management and Development**
- Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development & training needs, partner with the Retail Trainer to tailor individual action plans;
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, & knowledge to promote the company culture, values, & mission;
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect & teamwork.

**Cultivating Customer-Centric Experiences**
- Establish a customer-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and proactively handle customer-related situations according to company philosophy & standards;
- Identify strategies to retain and develop high-potential and top customers. Develop action plans for team members to drive these initiatives;
- Proactively provide the Merchandiser Manager with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and customer needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team;
**Managing Boutique Operations**
- Ensure policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented;
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling & customer repurchase;
**Requirements**:

- Passion for the Brand
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of no less than 5 members
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; degree in management, hospitality or fashion-related is an added advantage
- Fashion/ retail/ luxury background is preferred
- Proven organisational skills - able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
- Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
- Strong business acumen and learning agility
- Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
