**NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2023 STUDENT INTAKE**
- Administrate Plant Manager appointments, special events & meetings into Microsoft calendar and remind him from overlook.
- To arrange with safety department for plant visitor’s PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- To administrate any submitted documentation / forms for P.M approval and inform related departments for collection after the approval.
- Arrange travelling air tickets, pickup transport and hotel booking for Plant site personals, visitors and guests as per notice from Plant Manager.
- Adhere and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set for the Management/Authority and to inform the OSH Committee as and when there is an unsafe act, situation or practice being observed.
- To setup teleconference kits prior to any Plant Manager scheduled conference call meeting.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree student in any related fields.
- Can join us in November 2023.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM550.00 - RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
