**Underwriting**
- Drive underwriting function to assess risks for Property and Misc class.
- Frequent review of underwriting parameters and underwriting performance of various schemes.
- Attend to referrals and support sales in growing the business.
- Ensure all underwriting matters are adhere to Company’s Underwriting and Treaty Guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Product and Pricing team on the development of new schemes including product enhancement.

**Portfolio Management**
- Assist in providing Portfolio Analysis including Monitor key ratios, identifying key actions to maintain targeted ratios, and overseeing execution of action plans.
- Identify specific poor-performing accounts including a review of claim reports/activity and a review of the portfolio by the producer.

**System and Process**
- The key owner of the core system which includes the quotation module, plays an active role in giving feedback for enhancement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as IT, and project managers where relevant.
- UAT and system testing for product launch.
- Manage system setup for underwriting products.
- To review and identify room for improvement in underwriting processes.

Education/Experience:

- Working experience in the related field is a bonus.
