**Food and Beverage Service Standards**:
- Establish and enforce high standards for food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and industry regulations.
**Inventory Management and Procurement**:
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation.
- Source ingredients, beverages, and supplies from reliable vendors while optimizing costs and maintaining product quality.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests through attentive service, personalized interactions, and prompt resolution of issues or complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
**Staff Management and Training**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
- Develop training programs to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
**Event and Banquet Operations**:
- Coordinate and oversee catering services for events, banquets, and special occasions, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and execute menus, staffing requirements, and logistics for large-scale events.
**Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in F&B facilities.
**Vendor and Supplier Relationships**:
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product quality.
- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for sourcing improvements.
