**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receive order requests for books and audio-visual materials.
- Verify bibliographic details of order requests.
- Receive and verify the items ordered.
- Data entry and maintain a record of acquired items.
- Liaise with academics and suppliers for matters related to order requests.
- Contribute to the implementation of Library Quality Management System and ensure compliance with the set procedures and requirements.
- Undertake additional duties on night shifts, Saturdays and extended hours, as and when required.
- Assist in library events and functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Library qualification is desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
