- Location: Klang, 10, 40150- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Regular hours), one Saturday in**Job Descriptions**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Worker Training

Monitor worker’s training hours and assist L&D team to conduct training for workers to ensure worker meet monthly training hours target

2. Worker Permit Renewal

Generate worker’s name list for permit renewal and bring worker to clinic to do FOMEMA

3. Worker Medical Issue

Attend to worker’s emergency/health issue and send workers to TGGD - Book dental appointment for worker with TGGD

4. Worker Hostel

Liaise with hostel team for worker hostel transfer - Generate Hostel Meeting Report

5. Monitor F29 Canteen

6. Worker Repatriation

Collect vitamin C from TGGD and pass to worker - Brief worker’s last working date and flight departure schedule to worker - Remind and ensure worker follow flight departure schedule - Pass worker last salary to worker and collect exit clearance items from workers

7. Attend to HR ad-hoc task
