As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The role requires a deep understanding of mobile technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide high-quality repair services to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Diagnostic Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information about the device's history and reported problems.

**Repair and Maintenance**:

- Perform skilled repairs on mobile devices, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, and component-level repairs.
- Execute software troubleshooting, updates, and installations as needed.
- Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.

**Parts Management**:

- Manage and organize an inventory of replacement parts and components.
- Order and restock parts as necessary to maintain efficient repair operations.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide clear explanations of repair options, costs, and estimated turnaround times.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and expertise.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including the issues identified, parts replaced, and work performed.
- Generate accurate invoices and receipts for customers.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of repairs.
- Conduct post-repair testing to verify that devices are functioning correctly.

**Stay Informed**:

- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, devices, and repair techniques.
- Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
