Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead end-to-end project management, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, assign tasks, and manage dependencies
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, develop contingency plans, and prepare regular status reports to provide updates on project health, risks, and mitigations
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
- Manage project budgets including tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met
- Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned, capture success factors, and make recommendations for future projects

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering software projects
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and the ability to tailor approaches to project needs
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects within established constraints
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams towards project success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions
