This is an excellent opportunity to get into the world of Financial Planning and Analysis, Operations Finance. The opportunity is available at Penang supporting the Assembly Test Manufacturing Factory, and Site Support Groups. You are the point of contact for internal control covering forecast accuracy, reliability of finance report out, spending management and finance approval. This is a highly visible job which requires you to directly work with Factory Manager, various operations stakeholders and finance partners across the globe including USA, Vietnam, China, Costa Rica and Malaysia. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Close and POR accuracy, managing financial systems, processes and policies to ensure smooth support for factory operations and affordability. High focus on assigned spending categories, and develop expertise, insights and analytics to drive Cost Reduction Opportunities (CRO) and efficiencies. Partner operations and VF ATM stakeholders to drive optimization, affordability and alignment. Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems. Consistently utilizes and applies advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management skills. Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories to drive the business decision making process. Supports business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization. Plans and schedules own work to ensure the timely completion of interrelated to independent tasks and projects with very limited direction. Regularly applies strategies and concepts and draws on a cumulative knowledge base from previous experiences to independently execute an appropriate course of action. Develops solutions to a broad mix of moderate to complex business challenges.

**Qualifications**:
ACCA, Bachelor's degree or MBA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field, and 4+ years of relevant work experiences

(5) Learner and growth mindset. Build factory acumen by attending educational workshops; direct observations, publications, benchmarks and reviews.
