**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified individual for the position of Chargeman BO. This role primarily involves **overseeing the maintenance, calibration, repair, and validation of various electrical systems such as the main switchboard, switchgear, transformer, wiring, cables, diesel generator, lighting system,**

**panels, switches, and other related equipment**. The main responsibility is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of these systems, while also preventing any deterioration in the physical condition and performance of the equipment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure compliance with building operation codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

2. Inspect, repair, and maintain utility equipment and track power consumption.
3. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain high voltage systems and electrical wiring.

4. Oversee building operation and monitor high voltage equipment performance.

5. Plan, coordinate, and implement maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems.

6. Perform scheduled high voltage work and troubleshoot equipment.
7. Maintain records and liaise with utility providers and regulatory bodies.

8. Ensure technicians adhere to preventive maintenance schedules.

9. Lead emergency repairs and monitor system performance.
10. Analyze maintenance reports and report abnormalities.

11. Conduct safety inspections and report issues promptly.

12. Monitor spare parts stock and ensure control.
13. Comply with company policies, ISO requirements, and regulations.

14. Abide by Malaysia's EC/ST rules and regulations.
15. Implement 5S principles and maintain cleanliness of utility plant rooms.

16. Respond to breakdowns promptly.

17. Complete other assigned tasks from superiors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any Engineering discipline. Electrical and

Electronic/Mechatronic degrees are advantageous. Possess relevant professional certificates for Electrical and Mechatronic competency.
- Must hold **Chargeman BO 33KV Certificate** issued by Energy Commission

(EC) or Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proactive, able to work with a high degree of independence and initiative.

High level of integrity, resourceful, personal drive and able to communicate well.
- Must be self-motivates, focused, and able to work in a team environment.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Japanese is added advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
