- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose enhancements or customizations.
- **Implementation and Integration**:

- Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, including MySQL databases, to facilitate data exchange and process automation.
- Develop and maintain data migration strategies and tools to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- **Customization and Development**:

- Lead the customization and development of Dynamics 365 functionalities using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers in designing and implementing customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.
- **System Maintenance and Support**:

- Oversee the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Dynamics 365 systems to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize system downtime and disruptions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving escalated issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Training**:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, administrators, and developers to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Keep abreast of latest updates, features, and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
- **Project Management and Leadership**:

- Lead project planning, scoping, and scheduling activities, coordinating resources and tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of system performance, usability, and security, implementing enhancements and updates as necessary.
- Engage with vendors, partners, and user communities to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, driving innovation and competitive advantage.
