**Position: Administrative Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Efficient Filing Management**:Establish and maintain a streamlined filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of records, reports, and important paperwork.
Implement an accessible file retrieval system for optimal efficiency.

**Expert Liaison with HRDC**:Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and HRDC.
Foster effective communication channels to coordinate activities and submit necessary documentation.
Stay abreast of HRDC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

**Collaboration with Trainers**:Facilitate seamless communication between our organization and external trainers.
Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring a smooth training experience.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, fostering a conducive learning environment.

**Comprehensive Administrative Support**:Provide valuable administrative support to the team, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist in coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in liaising with HRDC and coordinating external training sessions is advantageous.
