**Details of the Division and Team**:
The Processor role focuses on supporting all products within TSCO e.g. FX, Money Market, Fixed Income & OTC Derivatives, in terms of trade life-cycle management in accordance to the bank’s policy and procedures.

The incumbent is responsible for the daily and periodic activities related to processing of all Global Markets products according to the bank’s policy and procedures. The incumbent will be reporting directly to the Head of TSCO.

Apart from daily and periodic activities related to product processing, the incumbent is also expected to work closely with the Unit Head in designing and implementing a robust control environment that allows and drives efficient and effective processing as well as complying with the bank’s policy and procedures and regulatory requirements.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Work with the relevant local and offshore static data team in setting up new counterparty in front/back-office systems.
- Daily trades monitoring and trades validation against independent sources
- Trades confirmation monitoring, matching, and chasing for paper, SWIFT and electronic confirmation.
- Trades settlement for both local and foreign currency via in-house transfer and SWIFT payment instruction
- Cashflow reporting for nostro funding, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing periodic and ad hoc internal and regulatory reporting
- Nostro and internal working account reconciliation and investigation
- Working with offshore team in local and foreign currency settlement of daily CSA collateral movements and monthly interest payment
- Supporting Unit Head in local and regional initiatives, project and system enhancements, data gathering, new policy role out and Quality Assurance
- Supporting Unit Head in regular operational performance reviews and risk self-assessments which include process improvement and realignment.
- Handling operations related queries from internal and external parties
- Other special for ad hoc projects as assigned by Unit Head or Head of Department

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global markets/ treasury operations in a banking environment.
- Good command in English (speaking and writing)
- Teamwork oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight turnaround time
