Clinical Instructor

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Clinical instructor you are responsible for supervision, coaching, development, Organize and teach in service education programmes as and when required / identified.
- To supervise nurses in clinical areas.
- To conduct clinical teaching sessions.
- To conduct competency Assessment.
- To identify nurses learning needs.
- To assist with the orientation of newly appointed nursing staff/CPD programmes.
- To conduct selected clinical teaching sessions.
- To assist carry out continuing professional education sessions.
- To provide opportunities for Practical Demonstrations in wards.
- To write valuation reports of nurses' clinical competency performance.
- To assist in all training activities.
- To keep up to date with Nursing knowledge and skills.
- To act as a good role model to all nurses.
- At all times to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may becomes aware of during the course of your duties.
- Enhance Professional growth and Development through reading of relevant Literature, as well as attendance to relevant training programmes (internal & external).
- Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
