Finance Executive

Reporting to the Senior Finance Executive/Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the Accounts Payable (AP) activities for the assigned entities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the timely completion of the month-end close process.
- Posting Supplier Invoices, Supplier reconciliation, AP Aging, managing petty cash, preparing weekly payment list and
- processing electronic payments (local and overseas).
- Maintaining necessary accounting schedules, reconciliations.
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support and complete the financial tasks assigned.
- Support internal, statutory audits and tax agent queries.
- Actively reviewing and recommending measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.
- Support improvement initiatives and ad-hoc activities as assigned from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- 3-5 years of regional finance experience gained from progressive multinationals with recent years in a similar role.
- Prior exposure to trading and/or manufacturing operations.
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues/ get things done in a chaotic environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
