Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, cold-calling,

or warm leads.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or

services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects by engaging in professional and friendly

conversations, listening to their needs, and addressing their questions or concerns.

Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, highlight product benefits, and effectively handle

objections to encourage sales conversion.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads, record customer information, and

maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

(KPIs) established by the company.

Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a

purchase, nurturing relationships and closing deals.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulations and company policies, and privacy laws.

Product and Sales Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product

enhancements, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and share insights on customer feedback

and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial planning software and tools.
- Compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
