**Responsibilities**:
1. Installation and Maintenance:

- Install, inspect, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
- Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and regulations.

2. Diagnosis and Repair:

- Troubleshoot and identify issues with air conditioning systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to determine the cause of malfunctions.
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements of defective parts.

3. Customer Service:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their air conditioning needs and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Educate clients on proper maintenance practices to extend the life of their air conditioning systems.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including details of work performed and parts used.
- Complete service reports and submit them promptly.

5. Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay informed about industry safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or license in HVAC or air conditioning.

2. Experience:

- Proven experience as an air conditioning service technician.
- Familiarity with a variety of air conditioning systems and models.

3. Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and components.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment related to air conditioning service.

4. Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to clients clearly and understandably.

5. Problem-Solving:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues.

6. Physical Fitness:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

7. Driving License:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- HVAC: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
