Checker

**Job Purpose**

Bulk checker is responsible to assist the Supervisor for managing the depot operation and administration, maintenance, reporting and housekeeping. Also, to ensure the Bulk loading operation is running at full capacity without any interruption.

Bulk checker is also responsible in maintaining communication with other departments and bulk lorry drivers with the purpose of maximizing efficiency and Company’s productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- HSE & Compliance_

1. Adhere and comply with HSE rules and regulations and ensure to report any near miss/incident for corrective action and preventions.
- Operation_

2. Guide drivers to respective loading bay and assist drivers during loading process until complete for smooth and safe operation.

3. Ensure all loading spout and aeration of silo component are in good condition to achieve optimal operation.

4. Do the daily stock reconciliation and Silo Stock Dipping at all silo’s.

5. Operate the weighbridge system.

6. Submit the daily distribution report.

7. Check all tankers in and out after loading and unloading of cement.
- Maintenance_

8. Check and assist in preventive maintenance of all the equipment to ensure that all machinery is in good running condition.

9. Inspect and perform daily patrolling, checklist on equipment maintenance, report any non
- compliance to Supervisor, silo breakdown/shutdown work with the purpose of identifying any abnormal condition and updating equipment condition status.

10. Assist in checklist for Bag Filter operation.
- Reporting_

11. Assist on executing the QR code process in Optimal One System

12. Update documentation of daily delivery report (bulk cement), equipment checklist, and maintenance report for the purpose of operation history keeping.
- Housekeeping_

13. Maintain cleanliness at depot on daily basis and Implement 5s practices and good housekeeping at depot to improve CIMA’s productivity.

**Qualifications**
- SPM
- 3 years and above in the same working experience/field

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge in computer (excel and word) and maintenance of machinery
- Time Management, Fit, Self-Motivated and Teamwork

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
