Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Batik Boutique Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect all customer payments related to boutique and reconcile daily with management
- Oversee Retailoperations including cashier, customer service, inventory and security on a daily basis
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing, promotion
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is kept to company's standardsincluding ironing or products, dusting shelves, rotating products, and following daily cleaning guidelines
- Ensure barcodes are printed and on the new or replenished products
- Track all goods movement or sales and replenish inventory on weekly basis
- Conduct monthly stock take
- Ensure prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system (within 24 hours of receiving goods)
- Submit weekly customer feedback report to management
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Run store to achieve sales target set by the company
- Promote the story and products of Batik Boutique with enthusiasm and professionalism to customers
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- working experience in the in the related field is required for this position
- Hardworking and passionate in Retail
- Positive attitude towards work, ability to adapt to new changes and willing to learn
- Pleasant, well-groomed, confident and service oriented
- Good writing and public speaking skills in English
- Able to multitask, organise and meet deadlines in timely manner
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work 5 days per week on (up to 45 hours weekly)
