Supplychain Executive

**Job Description: Procurement - Supply Chain Executive**
- Ensuring smooth procurement backend operations covering of PO creation and management, incoming planning and Payment management
- Ensuring buying is in accordance to Turnover planning by Buyers and Management
- Facilitate timely stock incoming processes while managing stakeholders such as logistics provider and suppliers
- Manage buying paper trails inclusive of PO creation, Payment and Credit note management
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with Procurement Procedure and company internal policy
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of purchasing budget utilisation and unresolve Purchase order resolutions
- Actively seek out opportunities for improvement, ways to do things better; and lead implementation of actions defined

**Job requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supplychain, Business or its equivalent.
- Possess analytical ability and have keen eye for details
- Good command of excel usage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
