Warehouse Admin Assistant @ Original Classic

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
- Inspect received materials for damages or defects and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and data entry.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items according to specifications.
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Take care of stationery and ensure timely distribution to outlets as per their requirements.
- Assist in schedule planning of drivers and resources to meet delivery demands.
- Ensure that all correspondence related to logistics activities is filled in properly and kept in a safe location.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
